What size bust do you
want to have?
When you are having a
discussion how large of a bust enhancement you should
have, your surgeon will discuss implant size.
Implants come as a measurement of volume, or in
"CCs". For example 300cc, 360 cc, 420 cc. Some
implants have fixed volumes, others have adjustable capabilities
and may have additional saline added during the surgical
procedure to enhance symmetry. Your surgeon by experience knows
what types of body frames take what size implants. The
plastic surgeon will also take into account your desire for a
specific bust size in terms of traditional A, B, C, D cup
sizes. The ultimate decision is up to you. Just
realize that if you are not satisfied with the size, meaning
they are too large or too small, that additional surgery will
have to be performed at additional cost, and additional
risk. Sometimes showing your surgeon pictures that you
have seen in magazines will give them a better idea of your
expectations.
It is important not to expect
perfection.
